We want you to shop with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy from the purchase date. You have ample time to return your order, provided that the items are in unworn and pristine condition. Customized orders, however, cannot be returned.
Returning Your Order
If you are dissatisfied with your order and wish to exchange it, please follow these steps:
Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive your returned item(s), our Quality Assessment Team will inspect it. If the item is found to be worn, damaged, resized, altered, or tampered with, it will not be accepted and will be returned at your shipping cost. If accepted, we will arrange a new delivery or exchange request.
We strongly advise you to inspect your item upon arrival and notify us immediately of any defects or damage at siarabyark@gmail.com.
Damaged & Used Items
If your package or item arrives damaged, please refuse delivery or contact us immediately at siarabyark@gmail.com. For damaged items, contact us within 24 hours of receipt with appropriate video proof.
Returned merchandise must be unworn and in pristine condition. Items showing signs of wear or alterations by any jeweller will not be accepted. Products must be returned with the original tag attached. All returns will be assessed by our operations team within 7-10 days.
Any item repaired, resized, or engraved by a third party not approved by Siara Jewellery Workshop will void the manufacturing warranty.
Please return your purchase via a trusted courier and insure the package for the full purchase amount.
