Orders and Payments: Orders are processed once payment is successful. Prices can change without notice. Siara by ARK may cancel orders due to pricing errors, unavailability, or suspected fraud.
Returns and Refunds: Customers can request returns within 30 days of purchase. Only catalog products can be returned; customized items are non-returnable. Returns must pass a quality check for exchange eligibility. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping and Delivery: Orders ship within 10-15 business days from purchase. Urgent requests may incur extra costs. Shipping times may vary by location. Siara by ARK is not responsible for delays due to external factors (e.g., customs, natural calamities, or political situations in the country). Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Changes in the shipping address cannot be amended once the product is being shipped. If there are such changes, the customer needs to bear the amendment cost from our shipping partners.
Liability and Disclaimers: Siara by ARK is not liable for allergic reactions to materials used in our jewellery. Product descriptions are accurate, but slight variations may occur due to handcrafted designs.
Diamond Certification: All diamonds sold by Siara are independently certified for authenticity and quality. Each center diamond comes with an official certificate from a recognized gemological laboratory like GIA, IGI, HRD, or GCAL. Certificates include key characteristics such as carat weight, cut, color, and clarity. Siara guarantees that all diamonds are 100% certified and conflict-free.
Purchasing: The purchaser must comply with destination country laws and regulations. International shipments (outside Australia) may incur import taxes, GST, customs duties, and fees, which are the recipient's responsibility. Customs policies vary; contact your local customs office for details. Customs clearance may cause delays.
Pricing & Payment: All prices are in AUD (Australian Dollars). Payments can be made via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or PayPal. If you cannot process your order online, email siarabyark@gmail.com for manual processing. Payment in full is required at purchase; Cash on delivery & other financing options are not available.
